Aftermarket TPMS Spacer – Rapid Connect Valve (RCV)
Running screw-on TPMS sensors like Oricom or OBD2 with your Rapid Connect Valves?
You’ll want these.
When certain aftermarket TPMS units are threaded directly onto the RCV, they can interfere with the red sliding sleeve. Under vibration or movement, that sleeve can creep upward… and when that happens, your valve can release air while you’re driving. Not ideal.
Our RCV TPMS Spacers sit neatly between your Rapid Connect Valve and your screw-on TPMS sensor, preventing the sleeve from moving and keeping everything exactly where it should be.

- These are 6.4mm, which is the gap between the red collar and the bottom of the TPMS. If you need a different size, please reach out.
Important:
When it’s time to deflate your tyres, simply remove the TPMS sensor and spacer (just like you’d remove the RCV cap), deflate as normal, then reinstall the spacer and TPMS.
