The APEX Designs airLYNX for the front of your Ram 2500 are adjustable rate sway bar links that give you the ability to adjust the rate of your factory sway bar by simply airing up or down the links.
Once you find your preferred pressure (0-300PSI) you can either set it and forget it - or dial it in per trail.

Fine‑tune the feel for daily highway driving. Around 150 PSI is often ideal for highway use, and if you are rolling with a heavy set up like a canopy or a tub rack with a roof top tent, go up to 200 PSI for even more control when on the road.

At 0 PSI, the sway bar remains fully disengaged for the first 3 inches of wheel travel.

300 PSI. No Compressor Required.
Despite the AirLYNX operating at up to 300 PSI, you don't need a high-pressure air compressor. A quality bicycle shock pump easily reaches 350 PSI, making it the quickest, simplest and most affordable way to adjust your AirLYNX pressure anywhere.
We highly suggest the Fox 027-00-017 pump with the Zero Loss Chuck, alternatively you can contact your nearest Bike Shop and ask about their range of Shock Pumps - they range from $40-140

No. Fitting an AirLYNX will not void your vehicle insurance. The system doesn’t alter or remove any OEM safety systems — it simply gives you the ability to tune your sway bar stiffness for comfort or performance.
Even if the unit loses air or is run at 0 PSI, it still functions as a normal extended sway bar link, just like products from brands such as Superior Engineering or Roadsafe. Because it maintains factory mounting points and function, insurers view it as a non-structural suspension accessory, not a modification that affects compliance or safety.
The AirLYNX system is classed as an extended sway bar link, which falls outside the scope of specific ADR certification. ADRs (Australian Design Rules) apply to vehicle systems such as braking, lighting, and occupant protection — not to bolt-on suspension accessories like sway bar links.
The AirLYNX maintains the factory sway bar geometry and load path, ensuring it performs the same fundamental function as a conventional extended link, even at 0 PSI. In short, no ADR approval is required, and the AirLYNX is fully compliant for road use when installed correctly.
Most twin air compressors only reach around 150 PSI, but the AirLYNX system can handle up to 300 PSI.
For best results, we recommend using a hand-held bicycle shock pump, which can easily reach 300 PSI and gives you precise control over pressure. These pumps are typically available from reputable bike shops for around $70.
