Zero Loss Chuck for airLYNX

The Apex Designs Zero Loss Chuck is designed to fit air inflation gauges, not bicycle shock pumps. Most air inflation gauges are connected to a twin on-board compressor, which typically has a maximum output of around 150 PSI.

Because most customers need to inflate their airLYNX to more than 150 PSI, an air inflation gauge and compressor are generally not suitable for this application.

For this reason, we recommend using the Fox Bicycle Shock Pump with Zero Loss Chuck, which is designed to safely and accurately inflate your airLYNX to the required pressure.

We will no longer be stocking the Zero Loss Chuck in Australia.

The Apex Zero Loss Chuck allows you to easily air up your airLYNX with any compressor. 

A zero loss chuck is different than a typical schraeder air chuck because it creates a seal between the valve stem and the chuck before the core is engaged. This seal allows you to disconnect the chuck without allowing pressure to escape from the airLYNX because it disengages the core before it breaks the seal between the chuck and the valve stem.

Kit includes:

• 1 - zero loss chuck
• 1' Apex braided hose whip
• 1/4 NPT fitting (allows you to connect a quick coupler to the end of the whip and use with any compressor).

For use with airLYNX.

This is designed to connect to an air compressor - you will need to source the end hose fitting to suit your connection type.

This will not fit on the end of a bicycle shock pump.
