Dual Tyre Inflation Kit – Apex Designs High Flow System

Dual Tyre Inflation Kit – Apex Designs High Flow System

Inflating tyres one at a time is outdated. The Apex Designs Dual Tyre Inflation Kit is built for people who value time, efficiency, and gear that actually performs when it matters.

This system allows you to inflate two tyres at once, using high flow components designed to move more air, faster. Less waiting around, more driving.

Designed to Move Air Properly

At the core of the system is a billet quick connect “Y” splitter, allowing you to run two airlines and inflate two tyres simultaneously. No restriction, no gimmicks, just clean airflow where it needs to go.

The Apex Designs High Flow Chuck connects quickly and securely to your tyre valve, delivering increased airflow compared to standard chucks. Faster inflation, less effort, no fighting with stubborn fittings.

Built Around Real Setups

You get 660cm of premium braided airline, designed to be cut to suit your vehicle. Run a short line to one tyre, a longer line to the other, or customise it to match your exact setup.

The hose is kink resistant, heat resistant, and built to hold its shape without restricting airflow. It stores compact, feeds cleanly, and performs under pressure.

Works With What You Already Run

A 30cm lead connects into the Apex Quick Coupler Chuck, giving you compatibility with your existing gear. Whether you’re running a Milwaukee compressor, an ARB inflation gauge, or the Apex Precision Tyre Inflator, it plugs straight in and gets to work.

Why We Prefer Dual Tyre Inflation for Most Setups

Can you inflate four tyres at once? Absolutely.

For many 4WD owners, though, a dual tyre setup is often the sweet spot between speed, flexibility, and compressor performance.

With a dual tyre kit, you can easily run different pressures front-to-rear when required, which is handy for vehicles carrying varying loads or towing. Inflate the fronts, make any pressure adjustments, then move to the rears without having to disconnect and reconfigure your setup.

It can also be a little easier on your compressor. Most popular twin compressor systems, including ARB and TJM units, work best when they aren't asked to run flat out for extended periods. By inflating two tyres at a time, your compressor gets a brief break while you reposition to the next axle, helping manage heat and maintain strong airflow throughout the job.

For many users, the result is a simple, efficient setup that still dramatically cuts inflation time compared to inflating one tyre at a time.

Need to inflate all four tyres simultaneously? Our Quad Tyre Inflation Kit is available for those who want maximum convenience and have a compressor setup capable of supporting the additional airflow demand.

Can be used for Deflation too!

Pair it with the Apex Designs Precision Tyre Inflator (PTI) and deflate two tyres at once. Connect both lines, open the gauge, and drop your pressures evenly and quickly without swapping between tyres. Or better yet, get the Rapid Precision Valves or Rapid Connect Valves and watch that gauge drop in record time!

This is how tyre inflation should be done. Clean, fast, and built around real-world use. Not theory, not marketing, just better design.
